We have a large staff of fully trained operators that are ready to attend to your customers. Our training program runs throughout the entire year as we constantly bring in new people to meet our growing demand.
All personnel participate in initial classroom training as well as a continuing course of studies to constantly improve their customer service skills.

Incoming Calls are processed in a strict order that gives preference to the more well trained clerks. Therefore, the large majority of all calls are always answered by the best personnel.

All personnel are Costa Rican and well versed in English.

We will also hire any personnel that you specifically want to run your business. Please let us know how many people you would like us to hire and we will work out the arrangements.
